My expertise across many building project types provides a strong and broad architectural consultancy for facilities used by the public. For smaller projects, I will do the entire project myself and add engineers to my team as needed. For larger projects I select as a partner an appropriate architectural firm to provide necessary scaled services. Project types include: historic preservation of small urban commercial buildings and conversion into alternative uses including retail, and restaurants or taverns; structures and pavilions within public parks; multi-family housing within large homes, exterior envelope and façade design.
